Shipping Policy
1. General
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the ZELQIX website.
Shipping fees, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and destination options may vary depending on the Customer’s location and the products ordered.
2. Order Processing Time
Due to order volume and fulfillment procedures, please allow 1–4 business days for order processing before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and days on which shipping carriers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners are not operating.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you may receive a shipping confirmation and/or tracking number.
3. Shipping Destinations
ZELQIX ships to the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations, subject to availability, shipping restrictions, and carrier limitations.
If your country, region, or address is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your location at this time.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

5. International Shipping and Customs
Some products may be shipped from warehouses located outside the Customer’s country. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges.
ZELQIX is not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Local customs authorities or logistics providers may contact the Customer directly regarding payment or clearance requirements.
6. Shipping Delays
ZELQIX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete addresses, high order volume, weather, strikes, service disruptions, force majeure events, war, natural disasters, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
ZELQIX will make reasonable efforts to assist Customers in checking the status of delayed shipments, but cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been transferred to a carrier or logistics provider.
7. Address Accuracy
To ensure proper delivery, the Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including street name, house/building number, apartment/unit number, postal/ZIP code, city, state/province, country, phone number, and any other information required for delivery.
ZELQIX is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the shipping information provided by the Customer is incorrect, incomplete, or entered incorrectly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to collect, or inability to deliver, the Customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, reshipment cost, processing fees, and any additional charges incurred.
8. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages
If a Customer refuses a shipment, fails to collect a package, does not respond to carrier delivery attempts, provides an incorrect address, or otherwise causes the package to be returned, ZELQIX is not required to refund shipping fees.
If the package is successfully returned to ZELQIX or its designated facility in acceptable condition, any refund or store credit may be issued at ZELQIX’s discretion and may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, payment processing fees, handling fees, restocking costs, and any other costs incurred.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Lost or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, ZELQIX is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery. Customers should check with household members, neighbors, building management, local postal services, or the shipping carrier.
ZELQIX may assist with filing or reviewing carrier claims where possible, but does not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
